About Us
Background
Established in 1993, the HRS Group has a professional and expert reputation. We have partnered with Australia’s largest and most highly-regarded corporations during the implementation phase of their cultural change programs. Testimonies and results from key projects at Australia Post, David Jones and Qantas Airways, to mention a few, validate our contributions.
Based on our capability, the United States Postal Service (USPS) sought our cultural change expertise. The HRS Group presented a “change management” white paper to Senior HR Executives in Washington DC and subseqently worked with this group to develop a change strategy.
