The HRS Group adheres to a rigorous and comprehensive approach when partnering with you, our clients, on recruitment projects. This professional approach ensures your satisfaction is achieved by working within a clear set of joint expectations. We are also known for providing open, prompt and professional communication. A summary of this process is outlined below:

  1. Client brief
We meet with you to discuss and review the recruitment brief. Understanding the organisational culture and values, as well as specifics related to the role, are vital for our successful placements.
  2. Sign-off on terms & conditions
Both parties have a clear understanding in terms of the project expectations and outcomes.
  3. Candidate Search
Depending on the vacancy, either a data base search, advertisement or targeted search is adopted. Alternatively a combined approach can be undertaken.
  4. Shortlist candidates
A shortlist of suitable candidates is presented to you. Each of these candidates has been interviewed and reference checked.
  5. Interviews
Interviews are scheduled at a mutually-convenient time for both yourself and the candidate. These interviews may take place either in person, over the telephone or through the use of multi-media technology. Second interviews are scheduled, if required.
  6. Appointments offered
The successful candidates are offered positions in writing. Discussions may occur during this time to clarify any issues between yourself and the candidate. The HRS Group facilitates this process.
  7. Contracts
Based on acceptance of the offer, employment contracts are then issued and signed by both parties.
  8. Commencement date
Commencement date is confirmed and induction training is scheduled. Travel arrangements, relocation details and visas are organised (if appropriate).
  9. Follow-up
The HRS Group will make contact with both yourself and the candidate upon employment commencement and then again at 3, 6 and 12 month intervals.
