Our candidates are extremely important to us; so we source globally. Our clients demand the highest quality candidates; therefore our screening and selection techniques are detailed and thorough. Your confidentiality is guaranteed throughout the entire process.

Our candidate process is as follows:

  1. Applications
    We can receive your application on-line by:
    • submitting a general application enquiry
    • quoting the HRS code on the vacant position from our website or
    • quoting the HRS code on the job advertisement

  2. Candidate Declaration
    The first part of your application involves completing some necessary information that relates to your details (again your privacy & confidentiality is protected). This is completed on-line and will only take about 20 minutes to complete.

  3. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    You will then be required to format and upload your CV according to our template. If you have any questions in relation to this format , please contact us

  4. Status Update
    The HRS Group will contact you by email to acknowledge receipt of your application and confirm the next steps.
  5. Interview
    The HRS Group will organise a face-to-face interview either in person or using multi-media technologies. The duration of this interview could be for up to 60 minutes.
  6. Reference Checks
    The HRS Group completes the reference check process sourcing at least two work-related referees.
  7. Prospective Position
    The HRS Group provides you with a full client brief outlining all necessary details, including position description, to enable quality research in preparation for interview.
  8. Interviews
    The HRS Group will schedule an interview at a mutually convenient time (allowing for sufficient preparation time) and location ensuring all necessary technologies are available if necessary. Second interviews maybe required.
  9. Offer & Acceptance
    The successful candidates are offered positions in writing. Discussions may occur during this time to clarify any issues between employer and candidate. The HRS Group facilitates this process.
  10. Contracts
    Based on acceptance of the offer, employment contracts are then issued and signed by both parties.
  11. Commencement
    Commencement date is confirmed and induction training is scheduled. Travel arrangements, relocation details and visas are organised (if appropriate).
  12. Follow-up
    The HRS Group will make contact with both you and the employer upon your commencement and then again at 3, 6 and 12 month intervals.
