Medical Recruitment
The HRS Group has officially launched its Medical Recruitment Division.
We are recognised as industry experts for the recruitment of Irish and UK geologists as well as mine engineers into the Australian, African and Canadian mining sectors. Based on the successful development of this niche market, The HRS Group has now implemented a similar strategy to recruit Irish and UK doctors and nurses into the Australian medical system. Our differentiation is that we are based in both Ireland and Australia; thus we clearly understand our clients’ needs in the robust Australian economy as well as the career plans of our candidates.

Step 2 – Clinical Interview
Based on the success of the initial assessment, a clinical interview is then scheduled at a convenient time using video conference or other alternative multi-media technologies; depending on availability.
Step 3 – Orientation
Once both parties have engaged in, and agreed upon, the conditions of a workplace contract, the orientation phase can be planned. This requires International Medical Graduates spending up to two weeks undergoing an orientation. The orientation includes the finalisation of the relevant state Medical Board registration. It also includes a cultural and clinical introduction to life as a doctor in rural Australia.
